TARGET = window name
window name is used to put the linked document in a frame or window other than the frame the link is in.
For example, this link
<A HREF="recipes.html#Spanish Rice" TARGET=RECIPES>Spanish Rice</A>
produces the "Spanish Rice" link in the sidebar of this
recipes page.
